I have had great experience with the doctor in the past, but the last year have had issues with the staff and service. It’s unacceptable that I had to wait three weeks for someone to return a call about needing a new prescription (left multiple messages). I have also had issues with labs and when someone does return my call they have no record of putting in a lab (even when receptionist has promised I wouldn’t have any further issues and have them completed up until April).I feel like Dr. Moreno may have too many patients an... read more

Edited November 2025: My TSH levels have been increasing for more than a year. My labs from September showed a TSH of over 45, up from 27 in May and 10 in September 2024. Dr. Moreno never responded to me about a dose adjustment or further evaluation to determine why that level was continuing to rise and was well out of normal range.
