Dr. David Wyatt Successfully removed my left lung due to a large attached vascular Fibroid tumor . The care and concern I received for months before my surgery until surgery and after was/is phenomenal, very professional and through. There were no stones left unturned by him, Lesley Loving or anyone in that office. I received great care from Carillion RMHOSPITAL ICU. I’m grateful and thankful to each one.

My experience was not great. if you are not vaccinated then choose a different dr. he will turn you down and then bully you into getting the shot. they already knew that I was not vaccinated and said nothing because it is not in their policy. he finds out that I am not vaccinated and says that it is in policy and that I cant get the surgery unless I'm "triple vaccinated" and then proceeded to tell me that I "need to look long and hard in the mirror about my choice..."
Dr. Salzberg has you going to all classes to understand weight lose surgery and this was a very exciting experience and helps you understand how important it is to follow his directions. He did my bariatric sleeve in 2019 and I hadn't been this small in about 22 years and after about 6 months I had knee replacements. I felt like a new person. I was grateful to have such a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Happel is an excellent, caring, compassionate, highly educated, very intelligent physician who treats his patients with great respect and care. He is very astute and listens attentively to his patients.
Dr Rivero is beyond compassionate and caring. I remember the time he was on vacation and apparently reviewed my husbands recent labs. He called my husband and told him to go to the ED they were waiting for him and that he needed potassium IV. He then gave us his cell phone number should we need him.. I’ve never experienced this kind of compassion.
I was so symptomatic and sick with AFIB, in and out of the hospital so many times. Another Dr had done a heart ablation on me but it wasn’t successful. During one of the last hospital admissions Dr Musser saw me. After seeing how symptomatic and sick I was, Dr Musser got me on his schedule to do a second heart ablation. The day I was scheduled for it, he cleared his schedule to only do one ablation that day, mine. He worked on me for 8 hours. I have not gone into AFib since that day, Dec. 2, 2019. Dr. Dorsey is an excellent dermatologist. She is kind, gentle, personable, and professional. I never feel rushed. Her office and nursing staff are professional and courteous. Quick to get back with you when you message/call.
Dr. Wyatt performed triple bypass surgery on me three years ago. I was able to come home on Christmas day. He is a skilled surgeon that gave me my life back. I love the outdoors and after about 2 months of recovery, I am back to everything I enjoy on our small farm. I'm back to snow skiing, gardening, exercising and water sports. I am 71 years old and each day of my life is a blessing thanks to the cardiac team at Roanoke Memorial.
