After getting out of the hospital and have being seen by numerous Doctors, DR. Monica Ortiz was the first who truly researched all my records prior to meeting me and actually made me feel like she had a vested interest into finding out what was going on.
I waited two months before I was given an appointment on July 2023 supposedly to see Dr Monica Ortega but she was out talking care of her mom (which I think that’s nice) but and none of her nurses knew how to withdraw blood for I am a diabetic. The one nurse poke my four fingers and didn’t know how. She then called a another person to withdraw and showed her how to do the right procedure.
