She lacks empathy. I had disclosed a recent assault that has left me feeling desperately broken. When I asked for an anxiety medication that worked better, she heinousy threatened to take away what I already have. How horrible. She seems to have a deficit of empathy, compassion and all the qualities that are pertinent to being a good nurse. I left feeling worse that when I arrived and left in a flurry of tears.
Monica was extremely attentive to my mother. She was eager to get to the bottom of mom's pain and issues. She took time and showed compassion and I feel she has gone above and beyond what I have found from most doctors office. I was very very impressed with her care along with Dr Harms care. My only issues have been with BJC billing.
