I had a physical and told them what was going on with me-you know, like you do at a physical- and they charged for TWO VISITS insisting a physical is one thing but any “complaints” are a separate thing! Never in my life have I dealt with such rudeness and unprofessional behavior. It is outrageous!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! Initially I had a good experience with them. Went for a physical and blood work. Front desk staff were nice and the PA was knowledge and helpful with all my questions. Simple. Then I started having bad back issues. The office was nice to get me in whenever I had flares up but when it came time for an MRI submission they were the opposite of kind and helpful.
