I was a transfer patient from Dr Lanser and with a 20+ year history of migraines with aura, vein headaches, and occipital headaches and nerve pain. Dr Simonescu met me once for about 20 minutes, talked to me like a dog, sent me for an MRI, and prescribed a high dose of Gabapentin. The radiology report was very clear that a Chiari Malformation Type 1 was discovered and included the measurements.
