Bad communication with customer i had call this agent left messages to call me back they dont return phone calls. When i call again several times to talk to monica someone always telling me she is out on vacation. To prove my point i spoke with laniese yesterday concerning my policy she gave me her word she will call me today at 9am to discuss my policy cause the computer was not functioning yesterday. Do you think i got that call nope. Why im paying this company and cant even recieve a call or talk to my agent.
My first time come here and ask for if they can help me out with commercial auto insurance, soon i walk in they are very friendly and kindly, suddenly i something i wasn't expecting i saw Maritza came out and tell me she can help me out what I need and i really appreciate it, it take like ten or twenty minutes Martiza was amazing she knows what she was doing,she does exactly job I would like to thank and appreciate it to her and her entire team, now I back to my business again with no problem or worry 🤗
