I saw Dr. Hill this week for a procedure as my normal OB has been out of office. After the experience I had, I am going to switch to her as my normal doctor, even though the drive is longer to the Westland clinic. THE STAFF & DR. HILL HAS ALWAYS BEEN PERSONABLE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.. I WILL ALWAYS COME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE & TREATMENT IS SUPERB FAR AS ME AS THEIR PATIENT FEELING APPRECIATED & CARED FOR!!!
Unprofessional my appointment was 320. I called them to open the doors because they were locked. She told me they only have 15 minutes gray window for patient to arrive. I told her I got here at 3:30 and I am on the phone with them since I got here at 3:30 they keep telling me someone’s gonna come and open the door for you and nobody showed up. The doctor was gone. What a wait of time and energy I drove here thirty minutes
Doctor Monica Hill is truly the best. I needed a new ob/Gyn in 2022 and I found her. I wish she delivered my babies but at the time I was going somewhere else. I had my first check up and then I ended up having ectopic pregnancy. Doctor Hill was not just a doctor but felt like a mother to me through that time.
