Excellent and professional doctor. Pleasant office staff. Dr. Halem is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Beautiful and clean offices. De. Halem has a great eye for cosmetic procedures.
Waited over an hour and doctor was still not ready for what would have been a 5 minute consult. Staff was uninformed and unhelpful. There are enough doctors in NYC that I can take my business elsewhere. Pathetic.
