Extremely disappointed. I really liked Dr. Monica Gupta, but ever since her office changed their phone system, it has become nearly impossible to reach anyone. I had an appointment scheduled for about four months to see her tomorrow, and just received a call from her assistant saying it had to be canceled or rescheduled. I’ve spent the last three days trying to contact someone in the office with no success—the new phone system is terrible. Dr. Monica Gupta is the best doctor I’ve had. She is knowledgable and kind. She is patient, listens, answers all of my questions and I am never rushed out of her office. I feel confident in her care. I would enthusiastically recommend her to family and friends.
Worst service ever. Don't waste you time. This office never answered the phone. And after 10 days calling them. (They supposed to call me) they dint even have the results from 25 days ago.
