Monica is simply the best in class—and she has the magic touch!! She has deep knowledge of the market and has a highly effective and efficient process of preparing the home for the market. She sold 2 homes for me, both in ONE day at full price and closed in less than 30 days (effortlessly for me, as Monica handled the entire process—I showed up where she said and signed the papers). Super courteous and professional, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. You can’t get a better agent!
Monica Gibson has an issue with "no solicitation" notifications and is very quick to become rude when told "no" or to "stop". A very pushy real estate agent for her wants and not respectful of policy or procedure. She will hang up on you if she disagrees with you or if you point out she's done something wrong. Would recommend avoiding. There are far more pleasant real estate agents who can be respectful of you, the properties you're visiting, and the communities you are looking at joining.
Monica is a very thorough and detailed agent. She takes great care of her clients. Her vast market knowledge, exceptional professionalism and commitment to their clients helps her stand amongst her peers.
