I am beyond disappointed with this attorney, her staff, the very unprofessional way to handle my case and the very high cost of fees that I ve paid almost $10,000.00 for which I am now in financial crisis yet she’s not resolving my case. Since I hired her on January 2024 monica is constantly reschedules my court date last minute for her own personal issues or due to the opposing counsel Laura Winget-Hernandez. Lazy and rude. You will have to ask her for things multiple times, and she will be annoyed by you over it.
If there is below 1 to rate her I would. She was only good the first month of having her but that was it. Her criminal case and divorce case up until now is pending. God know when thus will end. Very unresponsive and keep moving the court date and I don't know how long will this keep going because the incident happened 2017. And it's already 2022 with no assurance if her case is going to get cleared. Or just say she doesn't know how to do her job and we will hire a better lawyer. Had to file a formal complaint because she was so unresponsive! In the end she was successful in obtaining my desired outcome, but she really needs to work on communicating in a timely manner.
If I could I would give her NO STARS! She never responded to me. She always had an excuse of why she didn’t call. Either family issues or she was sick. I mean it just went on and on... full of excuses of why she couldn’t do her job! She just took thousands of dollars from me and did not do her job at all! My advice is DO NOT seek her legal advice because she has none to give. Basically, she’s getting free money from her clients without doing the work! Worst attorney and unprofessional!!
