Monica sold me my current home when we came back to live in El Paso and she was remarkable. Monica met with us at very flexible times and was very professional. She worked with us throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns efficiently. Very helpful and informative and helped find us an inspector to inspect our home. This woman is the best, she has a great work ethic, and helped us find a home, and even took her own time to help us look for a home, she shows great savy in dealing with buyers and sellers. I am so glad to have been acquiainted with Monica! We got an.awesome home for an awesome.price, I recommend her to anyone look for a home to call theirs. I'm currently in the military (20 years) and will say she is very military friendly and understands the circumstances of being a service member. Again I reccrecom this awesome woman!
The worse realtor I've ever worked with. Monica, comes off as a nice person but she is a liar and deceitful. She represented my husband and I in purchasing our home . She wrote our offer incorrectly. In our offer the stipulation was that the sellers pay all closing cost and pending a home inspection. After we realized the contract was written incorrectly and we were liable for closing cost , she informed my husband and I that she and the listing agent would be splitting the closing cost so that the sell could take place.
