I highly recommend Monica DeCicco. She is very caring and compassionate. She took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions.
I went for my 1st visit today with this NP. Front desk was AMAZING and very helpful. I came early and they checked me in right away and was very welcoming. When I went to the back the MA was not empathetic or welcoming. Really just looked at the computer and insensitive to asking questions. Then came Monica....
