My mother and I were/are patients of Dr Monica Cid for 7 years and we really liked her for her knowledge, caring, professionalism and patience. My mother. in her 90s, had an odd condition where her eyelids and lashes turned inward, causing discomfort/pain, hx of cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. We were both very confident of Dr Cid, and I just made another app't for myself. Thank You

My first visit with Dr Cid was unbelievable. I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appt. After filling out new patient paperwork I sat until 2:30 to be called to check pressure in eyes, measure eyes and drops to dilate pupils. I was sent back to lobby for drops to dilate for 30 mins. (?) After waiting 1 1/2 hrs...I still hadn't seen DrCid. I approached the front desk and asked that my appt be cancelled. I have been to an ophthalmologist for year's and never have I waited so long.
