Her staff are very rude disrespectful, I call to make a payment And some name Maria, I think she give me a fake name she didn't want to listen only her speak up and yelling at me laughing sarcastic way. I requested speak to a supervisor or manager, she started laughing. everything I asked for something. I only call to make a payment not to talk to a specific person. Dr. Bueso is the real Deal. She so very Smart Has time to talk to you and listen.. Her INTELLIGENCE is Superb. I feel she always makes the right decisions when it has to do with my well being. May she always continue to spread her love and care hope around the Globe..Bless she
The reason for the 3 is because of the staff person I recently spoke to who didn’t give me the chance to explain my issue I’ve been a patient for about 8+ yrs was not aware Dr. Britos was now in the hospital not in office. Great Dr!! Dr. Bueso have also been treating me for couple of yrs and done my lung biopsy. My issue: (will be 65 in May)who better than your pulmonary Dr. to fill out a form since I don’t have a primary Dr at this time. My Dr has left.. I have found to be Dr Bueso to be very knowledgeable, patient, kind, caring and informative. She's been engaging with me to ensure I'm included in the care plan and that my opinions matter. The office has managed to squeeze me in for several appointments without issue. I've also found that she is timely, and I've never been stuck waiting in the waiting area or room for any extended period of time.
