As a professional in the healthcare field with a doctorate in clinical pharmacy, I have never worked with a physician with lack of empathy and understanding as Dr. Atkinson. Her pride is insane clouding her patient care. I have been on my SSRI for 6 months with titrating doses every 2ish months. I had run out of my current dose mid December and sent a refill request to the clinic. Dr. Atkinson sent a refill to my local pharmacy for a 30 day supply. Monica, in my opinion, is a very knowledgeable doctor to our modern day health concerns. She ordered a few tests that no other doctors were aware about to address my health concern. I highly recommend this doctor from Cooper health.
Needless to say say not empathetic with my situation nor my needs as a patient.
My mom had her and she is the worst doctor she ever had. She never checks on her the way she needed to. My mom complains of anything it was automatically her weight. She never got back to her she never refilled her medication on time making my mom have to withdraw from certain ones. She had no care at all for my moms well being..WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND HER!!!
