Service is terrible, need to be on time with appointments, when you have a client book an appointment for a certain, you should be there. Like cmon you having clients spend all this money just to be late
The best place I ever been to get my hair done. Its a beauty supply as well as salon and I have never waited more that 5-10 minutes. They dont shuffle u around or unnecessarily put u under the dryer like some other places. They just get straight to business and waste no time. The owner has exceptional customer service and attention to every customer who walks thru her door. As far as my hair goes, she goes the extra mile but doesn't try to do any BS upsetting. How to spend $10 just to get something that's bad and this boy or this man follows you around the store trying to make you not steal but you're not trying to steal and that's not good service why you trying to get followed around by a man am I think you're in danger or something
