This is the worst tasting Mongolian Grill food I have ever had. Their cooking process is different than any other location that I have been to. One of my favorite spots in yakima. You can't go wrong when you fill up your own bowl. You can choose as much veggies as will fit in your bowl, same with your meat options. You watch as your food is being cooked. Everything was cooked spot on. Also enjoyed the egg flower soup and white rice bowl on the side.
I made my small bowl exactly how I used to make it back in the day. However this time as it cooked they drenched it with their sauce taking away most of the flavor I added. Not only that but I got charged for a Large! Apparently it is up to their discretion to up charge you if you bowl looks overfilled. Such B.S! Prices are already through the roof and then I get charged extra for a meal that doesn’t even taste the way I made it.
You spend all this time making up a nice sauce with salt water and sesame oil and whatever else you want and then they pour it out and instead cook everything in a soy teriyaki sauce. My husband put 4 scoops spicy and I didnt, and our dishes tasted exactly the same. Sad. I wish they didnt add the brown sauce.
