Very disappointing experience with Monginis. I purchased a cake, but when I received the parcel, there wasn’t even a spoon or any basic serving item provided. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional when I asked about it. For the price we pay, I expected much better service and basic courtesy. Definitely not a good experience.
Bad behaviour of staffs,no manners , chocolate cubes are sticking on the floor, ac is not working, stuffy place, food is smelly, never going back again
Cake was not fresh atall. Very bad quality of products used. It was smelling from inside. Taste wise very bad.
Love it
