Extremely disappointing experience with Monginis. I placed my order 24 hours in advance and was assured timely delivery, but they failed to deliver and seemed to have completely forgotten about the order. When I visited the shop to collect it myself, I was made to wait for nearly 2 hours while being continuously misled. Their unprofessional behavior ruined my entire function. Would never recommend this service to anyone.
