recently these older female staffs have been literally looting people with manipulation and excessive commentary and they make it so difficult for anyone to speak or refuse, she packed and wrote my dad's name on it even before I told her that I want that cake, today she added a chocolate bar on it and went like "you got this done last time as well", plus the religious ambience they've created in the place leading to brand association with a particular religion
Khushnuma Ma’am is such a wonderful and kind lady! She always greets customers with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome. Her behavior is very polite, and she’s always ready to help with patience and care. The way she manages everything at Monginis shows how dedicated and professional she is. Truly an amazing person and a great example of good customer service! 💐💖
Monginis Cake Shop is one of the best places for fresh and delicious cakes. The quality, taste, and presentation are always top-notch. Every cake I’ve ordered has been soft, flavorful, and beautifully decorated — perfect for any celebration. A special mention to the owner, who is very cooperative, kind, and always ready to help. They truly care about customer satisfaction and ensure that every order is handled with attention and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great cakes and excellent service!
