recently these older female staffs have been literally looting people with manipulation and excessive commentary and they make it so difficult for anyone to speak or refuse, she packed and wrote my dad's name on it even before I told her that I want that cake, today she added a chocolate bar on it and went like "you got this done last time as well", plus the religious ambience they've created in the place leading to brand association with a particular religion

We bought a cake at Monginis (Mazagon Branch) worth ₹400 I don't know which policy they follow to not give knife & candles complimentary with the cake!! Not like there was rush that we'd consider they must have forgotten to put it inside the box! Do you need us to ask for it ?? Isn't it a basic thing to get candles & knife complimentary with a cake ?? Didn't like this service at all.. + though the lady was good at selling the highest range cakes to customers who chose smaller ones, didn't expect this basic sense to be lackin... read more
I purchased chicken pizza and mango drink from here. It was fresh and very yummy. I guess the outlet is run by females. They were very kind and soft spoken. They warmed the Pizza nicely and gave me. Overall very good experience. Since it was raining very heavily i was not able to click profuct picture. Thank you.
