Today l purchased 2 chicken classic puff from Girish Park Monginis outlet and I’m just shocked by seeing this little plastics in my puff . Is this the quality they maintain? This is literally very unhygienic.. Atleast they should maintain a little hygiene .. This is ridiculous.. They don’t even see while baking that what they’re giving inside..

The staff's behavior was unacceptable. The woman at the counter was disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason. Furthermore, the food served was not fresh; it appeared to be leftovers from the previous day or even the day before. I am very disappointed with this experience.

আমি গত শুক্রবার Monginis থেকে আমার ভাগ্নির জন্য কিছু পেস্ট্রি কিনেছিলাম। কিন্তু দুঃখজনকভাবে পেস্ট্রিগুলো একদমই ভালো ছিল না—টক গন্ধ ছিল এবং স্বাদও অত্যন্ত খারাপ ছিল। আমার ভাগ্নি ছোট হওয়ায়, খারাপ জিনিস খেলে তার শরীর খারাপ হতে পারে—এই চিন্তায় আমার বোন নিজেই পেস্ট্রিগুলো খেয়ে নেয়, যাতে টাকা নষ্ট না হয়। কিন্তু সেগুলো খাওয়ার পর থেকেই তার শরীর খারাপ হয়ে যায় এবং তাকে ডাক্তারের কাছে পর্যন্ত নিয়ে যেতে হয়। আমি স্পষ্টভাবে জানাতে চাই, আমি কোনো টাকা ফেরতের দাবি করছি না। কিন্তু এই অভিযোগটি করছি শুধুমাত্র এই কারণে যে, ভবিষ্যতে যেন আর কারও স... read more

Quality of the Chicken Patties and Chicken Webs were Below Average, Not Upto The Mark, Taste Below average, Not Fresh and the Quality of the Choco Chips Pastry was Average, foods are Over Priced in respect to the quality. Quality of the foods Needs lots of improvements.

Service bad... Evening time as well they do not have change of 50 rs. And behaviour is very rude as well And went through this problem it's 4th time now. And last time the food is also smelling bad, had to throw it away.
