recently the quality has gone down. I ordered a Black Forest cake but it didn’t taste like a proper Black Forest and felt more like a simple chocolate cake.
Worst experience of monginis. They are asking one Rs .extra for ketchup. Please it's a request to MONGINIS BRAND , DONT GIVE YOUR FRANCHISE TO SUCH PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER. NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP.

Monginis is still my favorite bakery ever. This place has been so special for me since my childhood. Every birthday cake for everyone in my family was from this place and it still serves the best moist cakes ever. I will always be a fan of their zebra torte cake.
