Bought cakes from here. The cakes were stale and they provided no spoon, ketchup, poly bag etc even after asking. No refund. The girl in the shop is very rude and arrogant.Pathetic customer service
Found hair in my choco lava cake which is really disgusting and had really bad experience !!
Very horrible quality of pastries. Went for the brand "Monginis" however received very hard, dry, tasteless and definitely very old stock of pastries. Highly disappointed and would never go myself nor recommend Monginis to anyone.1000 times better pastry shops in and around nearby, at much reasonable prices and excellent quality. I was having pastry from here after many years, thinking the brand would maintain their earlier standard. But now it's evident why I can see many other brands around and barely very few Monginis.
