Very disappointing experience. The staff over there are not at all cooperative. Paid for costomized cake but their customized as per there will. Highly not recommending!! Even the cake was not good.
Very bad behaviour of staff
Absolutely horrible experience with Monginis. This was honestly one of the worst cakes I’ve ever had. The cake tasted stale, the cream was cheap and overly sugary, and the entire thing looked carelessly made. It felt like they just packed an old leftover cake and sent it out. The presentation was embarrassing, and the quality was nowhere near what they advertise.
