Absolutely pathetic experience at Monginis—twice, and both times equally terrible. If you’re thinking of takeaway, be prepared to eat straight out of plastic or use your hands like it’s some roadside stall. They REFUSE to give even a single plate or tissue, not even if you ask or offer to pay. This isn’t cost-cutting, it’s sheer laziness and zero regard for customers. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unacceptable and not worth your money.
