Terrible service by Monginis Ramrajatola. Booked two prepaid cakes last week and they delivered only one. When we asked for cake or refund they denied saying you have to contact customer service for that. Now I have been chasing the customer service via email and there is no response at all since last 5 days. Hopefully this will reach to the right person.
