The young girl at this outlet, Shruti, is one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a long time. So soft-spoken, warm, and kind. She made me a wonderfully refreshing cold coffee that she’d recently learnt to make and honestly, it was perfect. Do try it out! ♥️
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Monginis. The pastries I purchased were extremely hard and had an unpleasant taste, as if they had been left out in the open for a long time. Although a replacement was offered, unfortunately it was just as bad as the first. The quality was clearly compromised, likely due to improper storage and lack of adequate cooling conditions, which is essential for maintaining freshness. I tried their MOCHA at the newly opened coffee shop and it was just perfect, right amount of flavors and top notch quality. Staff is polite and all other food items are fresh and absolute value for money.
