I will suggest do no buy cake from this franchise. Very disappoint and Monginis loosing customer because of service.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered a half kg cake for ₹500 and were clearly told it was a full chocolate cake. But after cutting it at home, we found it was actually a coffee-flavored cake. The girl at the shop gave us wrong information, which spoiled the experience. Customers should be given correct details about what they are buying. Not happy with the service.

I order a 1 kg photo cake 4 days before the event but yet I did not get the cake i wanted and yet they are saying that you can not customize a 1 kg cake . BUT they should have said this Before!!! . There were 4 days , they even had my no. But there were no updates or anything about the customisation . And even a eye mask in red colour BUT that wasn't there and the employee which worked there confirmed us saying you will get that on the event day. But yet NOTHING!!!!!

Yesterday I take one lady in shop she is so arrogant she don't have sense how to talk with customer i told her write name on Nilesh sir she writes only nilesh i told her show me the cake she said this is not allowed to show plz monginis i request you plz improve your management
