The cake was good and fresh, so I appreciate the quality of the product. However, I was disappointed with the delivery service. Three boys arrived on a single bike to deliver the order, which looked unprofessional and raised safety concerns. The receiver was a girl, and she felt uncomfortable because the delivery boys were laughing while looking at her. I hope Monginis improves its delivery standards and ensures that customers feel safe and respected during deliveries.
