Very good 👍🏼
Very good
I visited a Monginis shop to buy a pastry, but unfortunately I found a worm/insect inside it. I showed the pastry to the staff before throwing it away, but they couldn’t see the insect at that time. Since I was not given a refund, I eventually threw the pastry away. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Food hygiene should be taken seriously, and I expected better customer service in handling this issue.
