My experience at Monginis was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The staff should maintain a respectful and customer-friendly attitude towards every visitor. I felt that the behavior and way of interaction were not appropriate, which affected the overall experience. The management should focus on proper staff training, professionalism, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for all customers.
It was an very awfull experience. The staff was so rudely and don't tell anything clearly and blamed the customer. I would not recommend anyone to take anything from the shop monginies . Go to another shop and enjoy your day.
