Dr. Mongia and the nurse practitioner are very nice and professional, but the same cannot be said for the staff at the desks. Giving me conflicting instructions, not reaching out first to let me know things are ready, in general just awkward and bizarre to deal with. I was on the books for 2 weeks to have a skin test, and one of the front desk people told me she had only just then run my insurance and that she didn't know how to run insurance until that moment. Love Dr Mongia. So informative and helpful
My experiences have been great with Dr Mongia. She's knowledgeable, intelligent, and very helpful. I had no problem getting medicine that I needed for a rare autoimmune disease. The pharmacy she works with is amazing. I recommend her as the infectious disease Dr that she is.
Worst allergist ever. She is a fraud. Billed my insurance company for everything and she did nothing. Do not go to her. Run!!!
If I could give this place a bold and underlined O, I would. We were billed in December of 2022 and January of 2023 for the serum for injections. We were discharged when I explained what they were doing was insurance fraud. It was also reported to me that my son was given expired serum from October 2022-January 2023. These are only TWO of the many issues that we have experienced at this provider. I feel guilty for putting my son through this provider for 14 months. Never again!
