Josh has been a great massage therapist and yoga instructor for me for about 5 years. He is very knowledgeable in occupational type injuries and in overall wellness. He’s also super nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

I recommend Josh everywhere I go. When I get cupping I’m like a walking advertisement. I have been getting work done for a couple months now and have never felt this good. He helped me heal an injured shoulder and ever since I have been working with him my body recovers so much quicker. You will not be disappointed in this investment!

josh has a way with wiggling and slowing down my nervous system. through breath work before hand and communicative therapeutic techniques throughout the session, I felt attuned to and softened by the end of my hour and a half. i highly, kindly, deeply recommend.
