I've been attending the group breathwork classes for over a year. Valarie is a fantastic teacher--compassionate, creative, intelligent. The breathwork practice has opened me up in a number of ways, I feel calmer and more grounded, and the journeys themselves are fascinating and sometimes reveal unexpected symbols and information. Definitely recommended.

I am so thankful for this beautiful space. I did the healing and forgiveness meditation and have been in a pretty great space ever since. it was a pretty amazing experience. I’ve signed up for several other events and my hope is to be a regular there. I felt extremely comfortable there and amongst friends. Valerie is a kind and sweet soul.

I enjoyed a wonderful circle of breath and sound. It was nice to have a small group to experience this healing. I know it has helped me and the space is very relaxing.

Working with Valarie was amazing. She did a sound healing on me that balanced and cleared my channels. I had a shoulder injury that I had been dealing with for three months and didn’t expect much to help it, but actual it did. It started slow and over the last three weeks since the session, it has improved significantly. My head had been clearer and my outlook more positive. Valarie is magic!

She lives through her heart and you feel it. I felt safe and held in her presence - allowing me to have a healing and restorative inner journey. I am beyond grateful for Val's wisdom and heart.
