I am extremely disappointed with my mother’s experience at this neurology office. My mother requires a sign language interpreter to communicate effectively during medical appointments. Despite this need being communicated in advance, the office refused to provide one. Patients should never be placed in a position where they cannot fully understand their diagnosis, treatment options, or ask questions because of a language barrier. Extremely unprofessional office. They don’t keep consistent hours and seem to close whenever they want, making it hard to get any real help. Poor communication, unsafe delays, and zero regard for patient care. I would not recommend.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this neurology office with their care. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff is honestly alarming. They don’t seem to operate on consistent business hours, closing whenever they feel like it, which makes it nearly impossible to get timely help when you actually need it. What’s even more concerning is how they handled something as serious as my rescue medication for my seizures.
