I stopped by the Dufferin Grove Park farmer's market in Toronto on my way home from work. There I bought some Monforte Dairy cheese - curds, cream cheese, and a triangle of soft cheese with tarragon. I put all the cheese in my fridge as soon as I got home - within 30 minutes of purchase. By the very next day, the soft cheese had a very strong pungent odour. Among the best cheese available in Canada. Their cheeses are extremely tasty and not salty (like many small producers). They offer a wide variety every week, and it is a pleasure to discover new cheeses weekly!
