The water buffalo cheddar and the queso fresco I thought at the Trinity Bellwoods market were absolutely delicious! Incredible quality 😍 will come back for more!!
If you like buffalo milk cheese, sheep or goat cheese, this is your place. You can order online, shop at the St. Lawrence Market, Toronto, Ontario, or at their dairy in Stratford, Ontario. Highly recommended for reasonably priced, delicious cheese. You'll be glad you tried it.
So excited to have stumbled upon this cheese at the Evergreen Brickworks Market! One taste of the sample and I was sold, literally did a happy dance :) I bought the Water Buffalo Piacere (unreal) and the Water Buffalo Nocina (heaven) - I only wish I bought more and wish I could buy this other places as I don't live in the GTA or Stratford area, this cheese should be in every store, its just so good!
