Was in search of cream cheese for our Vanns bakery bagel and found cheese nirvana. The sheep milk cream cheese take the bagel to another level. Can’t wait to dig into the buffalo cheddar and Brie.

I stopped by the Dufferin Grove Park farmer's market in Toronto on my way home from work. There I bought some Monforte Dairy cheese - curds, cream cheese, and a triangle of soft cheese with tarragon. I put all the cheese in my fridge as soon as I got home - within 30 minutes of purchase. By the very next day, the soft cheese had a very strong pungent odour.
