So excited to have stumbled upon this cheese at the Evergreen Brickworks Market! One taste of the sample and I was sold, literally did a happy dance :) I bought the Water Buffalo Piacere (unreal) and the Water Buffalo Nocina (heaven) - I only wish I bought more and wish I could buy this other places as I don't live in the GTA or Stratford area, this cheese should be in every store, its just so good!
Was in search of cream cheese for our Vanns bakery bagel and found cheese nirvana. The sheep milk cream cheese take the bagel to another level. Can’t wait to dig into the buffalo cheddar and Brie.
