unprofessional service would not recommend
do not recommend Monfloors at all ! my mum and i paid him $150 for him to do literally nothing to our carpets. he said he had proof of him cleaning them but when asked to be shown the proof he said he didn't have it anymore and then when asked for a refund he refused. luckily we were able to get another company to help us and they confirmed that nothing was done and the carpets had not been touched AT ALL !! they will be writing that in their report aswell. disgusting service and would not recommend monfloors to anyone. Have used Chris a couple of times now and first rate service. Quick, efficient, on time and at a good price. Highly recommended
On time. Professional. Cleaned up after himself instead of just leaving to me to clean like most tradies. Finally, the stains actually came out really, really well. I am super happy and would easily recommend this technician to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, congenial service with an excellent outcome.
