Customer service is a joke. A 10 year customer with this company, and this local is the worst. The death in the family is hard enough driving the need for emergency funds, and this place was insulting. Calling out ROSE, the personality of a rock couldn't find her butt with both hands. Although I provided a paystub, of evidence of income identification, banking info and checkbook, and verification and validation she demanded I bring up my bank account on my phone and show her my income.
