My experience working with Michelle, as a first home buyer, was absolutely fantastic. While she was extremely diligent and thorough throughout the whole process, what really stood out was her willingness to always take my call and talk me through any questions I had, no matter how small. What was often a stressful process would have been much more so without Michelle's calm, warm and knowledgeable advice. I can highly recommend Michelle! Purchasing a home on my own was not a daunting experience at all, as Michelle supported me throughout the whole process. Everything went through seamlessly. I've had two mortgages with Michelle and re-financed twice, she's an absolute legend, set me up really well financially, always had the best offers ready as soon as they become public and answered all the questions, no matter how stupid they were! Efficient, keeps it simple and makes everything hassle free! Michelle also has been a great supporter of local sport in the community and has helped many of my friends and family with their mortgages!
