My wife and I have been using Rich for over 10 years she's. Hes helped us with all kinds of confusing things on multiple facets of what we need. Tax season isn't fun for anyone but our meetings with Rich is always laughs and we get our stuff taken care of. ( not sure about that other review was about but we've never had that issue.)
Rich has his secretary doing most of his accounting. Messed up my 2018 and 2019 taxes and refused to assist with resolving issues. Horrible experience.
