Poor customer service in Kennedy’s Utility Drive. No checks for customers to collect money. Rude with attitude! Why are service agents have so much attitude. 25th July 2025. The other staff were not much better! Asked for manager and was told to wait!! I gives customer satisfaction is not high on their agenda.
Where do I start. Well this is the worst money transfer experience I have had and please I hope you take into consideration my review and do not do business with money gram. I transferred fund on 06/10/2025 to find out the transfer was cancelled by my financial institution. I called on 6/11/2025 to inquired when will I receive a refund per the email I would receive refund within 10 business work days. Horrible company and they are also thieves. Sent money to an account and some how they claim the money was picked up at a location. Money that is tagged to be deposited into an account should not be picked up. Zero star is the appropriate rating for this company.
