MoneyGram promised my transfer would be available within minutes, but after I paid they changed it to October 3rd and blamed another bank. My recipient needed the money the same day to avoid eviction. Their only listed phone number didn’t even reach MoneyGram, it connected me to someone in Mexico or Puerto Rico just saying hello. Emails got only auto-replies, no real support. This feels like a scam. I’m filing complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and Washington State Attorney General. Avoid MoneyGram,use a more reliable service.
Never send money through MoneyGram, including the Walmart side of it they will put it on investigation. It will not let your money go through. They are a waste of time and a downright shitty company.
Poor customer service in Kennedy’s Utility Drive. No checks for customers to collect money. Rude with attitude! Why are service agents have so much attitude. 25th July 2025. The other staff were not much better! Asked for manager and was told to wait!! I gives customer satisfaction is not high on their agenda.
