I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your MoneyGram agent locations. According to the MoneyGram website, this location is listed as opening at 9:00 AM. However, I arrived at 9:30 AM and found the location still closed. I waited until 10:10 AM before someone finally arrived to open. This delay was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
