I gave it only four stars for a few reasons. I was going to give it three stars, but it wasn't that bad. 1. It was a little bit confusing using it for the first time, and no one could help you. 2. There should be a barrier behind you because it seemed like twice when I put vital information in, that people came up behind me and I was worried about my privacy. 3.
