I'm currently at a Walmart trying to get a refund on a money order that I purchased because my son's summer camp would not accept a personal check or cash. The process is just a joke. First of I need go online and start a return which will cost me $18 before the store is authorized to give me my money back. Now, let's be clear I paid to get this money order, now I have to pay to get my money back. $18 REALLY! THAT IS A SCAM.
