Waited a hour to be transferred to customers service to page a elderly woman so I could give her a confirmation # to pick up money. Not everyone carrying a cell phone. Teach this store procedures to page, transfer call, and employee manAgement. Not everyone can be on break. Chyanne dose not know how to work the phones and you have her in customer services.
