Went for comed verification, was very nice and easy. Helpful staff.
Verified my identity by showing Drivers License and Passport for Comed account activation within 3 minutes.
Lady proceeded to waste my time nit giving right information doing the bare minimum. Been cashing my checks and this location for 10 years on and off. Never a problem til this lady works behind the counter. Idk if it's a power trip insecure emotions or just having a bad day. But lost my buisness i will especially be avoiding this place and let everyone I know at work about the bad customer service presented.
