We just changed ways to pay rent and I’m learning as I go. The people that answer calls are rude and disrespectful. Customer service at its worst. The woman with Spanish accent hung up on me while trying to help one of our residents and the guy that call after refused to help me or my resident only because I complained about the lady being rude. He also refused to transfer me to a person in charge. I’ll continue my search and get someone to talk to me. This is not acceptable. They should not work with public.
