Won’t be coming back. I have been doing a loan here for a while and now your new rule is to do soft credit check, ask what I’m using the money for and how much my rent is? Very invasive and none of your business. I also suggest you re-train your agents. Having a debate/argument with me on if this is a credit check or not isn’t apart of customer service last time I checked. A two because I was fine with this place before but today definitely left a bad taste with me. Don’t switch up on your customers and all would be well.

THE WORST. I took a loan last year, and i am grateful that it was approved as i had good credit score. when taking a loan, these people make us feel we are the best. Since their interest rate is 46.9 percent, and all my money is drained because of this, i took loan from another place to pay this off and when i came to pay this off, they were so rude as if i said i am not going to pay them. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
